How it works!
Studio Desertscape will provide an accurate cost for your project after the design fee is paid and the design is created and signed off by the client. All designs are tailored and customized for the client, therefore, an accurate cost will be finalized after the design phase is completed!
Pricing is completely dependent on quality, quantity and availability.
Sequence of Events
PHASE One:
A consultation with you starts the beginning of a new and exciting relationship, a journey shared together working towards the creation of your new and beautiful landscape and outdoor living experience.
Consultation Fee: $200 (Non-refundable).
PHASE TWO:
Post consultation, a contract regarding scope of work is drawn up and presented to you. The agreement and gratefully received signature will allow us to commence with the design process by returning to your home to photograph, measure and record the existing site or areas specific to the design needed!
PHASE THREE:
We will start to develop the hardscape design, landscape design and or both. A collaboration between us and you and the delivery of design stages will eventually work towards reaching a final and beautiful design that accomplishes all you envisioned! (Budget depending of course!!!)
PHASE FOUR
Once the landscape design has been approved, we will then present to our leading industry landscape and hardscape installers, Terra Palms Landscaping for pricing.

When all meets approval, the design is turned over to the installation crew and the transformation begins!
